Blair Neville

Blair Neville is a principal and partner of Adennill a recognized leader in cyber incidence response, cyber compliance programs, business risk mitigation, and crisis response.   

His background includes more than 30 years of operations design, technology risk management, and business development in both the manufacturing and financial services environments. A cornerstone of Blair's career has been senior leadership roles managing growth and risk management of two successful start-up businesses, both domestically and internationally.  

Blair has extensive expertise in the identification and quantification of risk and has been recognized for combining his strategic management experience, financial expertise and technical capabilities to deliver asset protection solutions for clients. Blair has developed a specialty and is certified to deliver cyber security compliance programs that are required for Defense Industrial Base companies.  

Client projects have included risk and crisis management plans, disaster recovery programs, cyber security plans, cyber incident response plans and response services. 

Participating in the growth of a business from its initiation to maturity has been one of Blair’s biggest challenges but opening and growing a successful technology marketing operation in England was one of the most rewarding.  

Blair is a recognized public speaker providing highly interactive presentations, workshops, and exercises on preparedness to audiences across the USA. Blair has earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering form Dalhousie University in Halifax Nova Scotia and is a Cyber AB Registered Practitioner (RP).  

Blair has been involved in youth sports for more than 20 years, is the past Chairman of the Board for the Ridgewood Soccer Association and coordinates their Special Needs program.
